STORE POLICY:

All purchases made on BRAVEbybri.com are final sale. Exchanges or replacements are provided for the following; Orders including size and color discrepancies, the delivery of faulty or damaged goods, and orders with missing merchandise. All order discrepancy claims must be submitted via email at bravebybri@gmail.com. Claims must be submitted within 2 business days of delivery, and include images of the items in question (*item description for missing merchandise), order number, and tracking number.

 

DISCLAIMER: Due to the delicate and handmade nature of bravebybri.com merchandise, we do not in any circumstance claim responsibility for damages made to merchandise in result of user error; including damages made due to activities and/or environments when wearing our merchandise.
